I had the pleasure of undertaking my First Aid for Mental Health, Level 2 Award with Nova Stellar Training. Our facilitator was the amazing Pooja. Her wealth and breath of knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for the subject is inspiring. Whilst the subject matter can feel heavy or uncomfortable for some, Pooja’s manner and the way she delivered the content made it, dare I say, enjoyable and the whole class left feeling supported and confident in their abilities to support colleagues, learners and clients. I cannot recommend Nova Stellar Training highly enough.
